Technological process for making super characters

1、 调制液态亚克力胶水

1. Blending of liquid acrylic glue

根据客户的要求，调制相应颜色、密度的液态亚克力胶水，这一点与调配树脂字胶非常相似，但树脂调配后一般8小时就会固化，固化后树脂就作废了。而液态亚克力调配好后，在常温下，可保存两三个月不固化，可以正常使用。

According to customer’s demands, the liquid acrylic glue with the corresponding colors and density shall be blended; In this case, it is very similar to the blending of the resin character glue, but the resin will be cured within 8 hours after it is blended, and the resin after curing will be discarded. However, the liquid acrylic glue may be stored and used normally under the normal temperature for more than two or three months after it is blended.

2、 弯字机制作字壳

2.  Making of character model by the bending character machine

根据客户所需的规格制作文件，将文件导入与弯字机连通的电脑中，然后将特制铝边材料放入弯字机的制作槽中，启动机器便可自动化生产，字壳无需焊接，一体化成型，将铝边字壳做相应的烤漆处理。

Prepare the relevant documents according to the specification required by customer, and enter the relevant documents into computer connected with the bending character machine, and then place the special aluminum materials into making groove of the bending character machine to operate the machine for the automatic production, and do not need to weld the character model and carry out the integrated molding, and then do the corresponding painting baking to character model with the aluminum edge piping.

3、 浇注液态亚克力面板

3. Pouring of liquid acrylic panel

将成型的超级字铝边字壳放置在卓丽超级字智能光固化平台上，工作台具备一键固化系统，将液态亚克力灌注入字壳内槽，待液态亚克力流平后，开启一键固化系统，大概60分钟就可完成固化。

Place the forming super character model with aluminum edge piping on the Zhuoli Super Character Intelligent Light Curing Platform. The platform is equipped with one-key curing system which may pour the liquid acrylic glue into inside groove of the character model. After the liquid acrylic glue is leveled, enable one-key curing system to finish the curing within 60 minutes.

4、 装灯封底

4. Installing lamp and sealing bottom

超级字的底板可使用铝塑板材料或PVC，其灯源一般采用led灯带，底板与字壳用玻璃胶安装密封，这样完成了超级字的制作，用玻璃胶密封的铝塑底板拆卸容易，方便超级字内部灯源的维护。

The base plate for the super characters may be made of aluminum-plastic panel materials or PVC materials. LED lamp is generally used as its lamp source. The base plate and character modules are generally installed and sealed by using glass cement and the making of the super characters are completed just. Use aluminum-plastic plate sealed by glass cement to disassembly lamp more easily to facilitate the maintenance of the light source within a super characters.
